I have not had any packages stolen which has been an issue at previous places. However, as I am just about to start my 2nd year lease, I feel like the amount it increased is far to high for having paid every month on time, and with the Muni construction and entrances close by blocked off, with nothing still in the space where Whole Foods was, and with the common area main room and technology room access changing to rent only.Property Manager Responded

Per friendly community and I haven’t had issues with neighbors or having trouble tickets responded to. The staff is not overly intrusive. Parking is a bit expensive, and there isn’t 24 hour front desk attendant… but for the most part, it has been an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend. 4/5 starsProperty Manager Responded
